We were engaged by the client to obtain planning and building warrant consents for this attractive extension. The brief was to extend to the rear to provide additional living and dining space and also to add accommodation to the top floor of the garage. We provided the client with a number of options at the concept stage and he chose this appealing design with a mixture of timber cladding and render, which are complemented with black glazing frames and flat roof fascia.
