Gary has over 32 years of extensive and varied experience within the construction industry. Prior to setting up Inspired Design & Development Ltd Gary worked as Operations Director for Robertson Timber Kit, Construction Manager for Barratt North Scotland Ltd and as Aberdeenshire Council’s Building Standards Manager.
Gary is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Associate Member of the Association for Project Safety, as well as being an Approved Domestic Energy assessor.
Fraser graduated with a BSc in Architectural Studies from the University of Strathclyde and has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified Structural Technician, as well as being a Chartered Architectural Technologist. In addition Fraser has obtained accreditation as an Approved Certifier of Design for Section 6 (Domestic), Retrofit Coordinator/Designer/Assessor, Domestic Energy Assessor & Domestic Overheating Risk Assessment
Ally graduated with a BSc (Hons) Building Surveying from Robert Gordons University. Starting as a graduate placement student and never left the business, he has 12 years experience in our full range of Surveying and Architectural activities. His core skills are Project Planning, Procurement, Project Management and Specialist works such as listed buildings and conservation area consents. Ally also leads the minor works element of our Architectural Services.
Ally is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Associate Member of the Association for Project Safety, as well being SMSTS qualified.
Currently 4th year of his studies as a graduate apprentice to obtain BSc (Hons) Construction and the built environment. Fraser carries out a range of surveying activities and assist the directors in their delivery of the companys projects.
