Cadherent

The Cadherent office at North Esplanade West, Aberdeen. The 17,000 sq ft building, was built in 1937 by John Bisset & Sons. The renaissance style granite building was once known as the ‘Caretaker’s House’ as wexll as formerly housing food manufacturer Unilever and fizzy drinks firm Aberdeen Mineral Water Co. A vast amount of repairs and maintenance has taken place both internally and externally. The street side façade granite has been cleaned and restored to its unique style. Fresh new signs now promote Cadherent’s new location and the ground floor & first floor internals of the building have been totally renovated, providing a modern office space for the Cadherent team.
